FUN FACT : Coldest place you’ve ever been?
- Geige : Nowhere extremely cold like North Pole / Antartica or something. Edmonton, BC visiting family regularly. Been 20/25 below zero, but a dry cold, so not as bad as when wet!!
- Dan: Born & raised in Canada on West coast – not that cold! There’s an island called Queen Charlotte Islands further north in BC – not coldest but rainiest and wettest. Edmonton – but not thee coldest times!!

Product designer working as part of dashboard team, work on integration, account setting, broadcast & destinations settings to name a few! Love guitar & drums and music production & love soccer – BIG in Portugal!

Hard one – Brand tab in studio, easy to tweak assets and have own brand feel to your streams. LOVE new feature to add your own background music!! - WHAT DID YOU WANT TO DO WHEN YOUNGER?
Musician, guitar / drummer – still a main hobby now! Family had huge LP collection & love some local bands!! - HOW DID YOU GET INTO DESIGN WORK?
Always pen & paper & big into drawing & illustration, at high school & college went into software engineering & IT. Realised later loved front end (look & feel) & moved to product design course. Started design at 15 – was building themes for I5 – a social network. - FAV THING ABOUT SY?

Ukraine 2018 (was working for company with offices there) – Was minus 15, was crazy coming from a very warm Portugal (Generally 20 degrees celsius!) - FAV KARAOKE SONG :
Something, by the Beatles – arguably the best love song. Was in Beatles cover band too!! - FAV BOARD GAME :
Really like Party & co – it’s like mix of Pictionary & Trivial Pursuit – Really love the MIMIC game it has – always gets everyone laughing! [ if not that then Werewolf! Love that as well! ]

Ability to stream to channel members not unlisted & share?
- API does not allow this (YET)
- Believe YT are testing in BETA right now
- If this is released we will look at this!
When will we be able to replace SY logo on giveaway to add our own!
- Was always a basic tool rolled out based on requests
- Interested to update this and make more integrated to the studio
- Logo takes you back to Homepage ATM – main reason for it
Any plans to add individual videos for all participants on basic plan?
- Open to this
- Usually used for repurposing
- Interested to know if there was any unique usage case for your streams?
Any way to refresh the chat to see without much delay when mods delete comments ?
- Not right now
- If deleted on SY will delete from chat immediately
- DO you mean if deleted on YT, or Facebook – we pull into SY and delete
- Always hesitant to change chat without you doing anything – as you might be about to click on a comment
- Believe we could look at doing this
- Currently would need refresh
Any plans to expand out area below the screen (video, cameras etc) – Or break out broadcast screen onto another monitor
- Always looking at ways to create better controls to manage
- Something we are already exploring
- Nothing adding immediately but we have design team looking at & playing with
- Interested to improve though always focussed on best for everyone & ease of use
