Any chance of adding sound effects to the giveaway?

• Not super easily but an audio mixer or virtual sound board would let you do this
• Curious if we added sounds – what you would like to see?

• We also keep unlisted too

Is there a way to Pause broadcast?

• If hosting Hopin then you can PAUSE 
• On Streamyard you can bring up a graphic and then come back or you could use multiple streams / studios 

Any chance of opacity for banners?

• Looking to add functionality – tucked away for advanced users
• Got to retain ease of use for new users though

Like to have more than one brand colour to allocate to partner brands without overlays

• Got to be true to simple for first time users
• Who knows one day – but maybe hidden away for early users

Lots of troll bots recently on broadcasts – any way to moderate across all of these?

• Advise getting moderator on board – someone you trust from your community 
• We will look into the moderation API controls 
• Which platform are you experiencing this on most

Frequently see comments after end of broadcast, when debriefing – any ideas why?

• Most platform APIs will send comments into the studio
• No need to worry
• This is from replay viewers
• YouTube – people can comment only LIVE into SY, + 5 minutes afterwards, then in normal comments 

Are you concerned about overload at peak times 

• During the weak and quite spread out and steady
• We scale up with cloud services as required
• No concerns around overload
